On Monday I visited three pop-up art bookshops in New York.

1. A carry-over from the Motto bookshop that opened last fall for one week in downtown Brooklyn, Alex Damianos will be selling books and hosting events from his apartment in Crown Heights (Brooklyn).  It’s great.  Due to open in September.  

2. ‘No More Reality’ - Textfield distribution presents a one long table at Creature Comforts, a Nolita shop.  

3. 6 Decades Books (formerly housed with Sit and Read) a pop-up in a 6th floor gallery at 265 Canal.  They plan to stay open in this location indefinitely.
